LINE Corp launches Android version of LINE Premium Call service in India
Japan-based over-the-top service provider LINE Corporation has launched the Android version of LINE Premium Call service in India. With this IP phone service, LINE’s users can make calls to landlines and mobile devices to over 200 countries and regions, directly from the LINE application without any initial set up. LINE users can make domestic calls to any landline or mobile phone at Rs 1.22 per minute, or two call credits. The call credit payment method allows users to pay for calling time in advance by charging their credit.
The application offers enhanced voice quality which allows users to talk without any voice breakage. This service is available for both Android and iOS users.
With the launch of the premium service, LINE users can choose between the existing free call service to other LINE users and low-cost calls to any landlines and mobile phones (Both domestic and international). Presently, this application has over 18 million users in India.
